- 15-minute head massage: focused work on pressure points in the neck, shoulders and scalp to ease tightness and promote relaxation
- 15-minute foot massage: targeted stimulation of reflex points in the feet to encourage circulation and release fatigue
- 10-minute hand massage: concentrated attention to reflex points and gentle mobilization for renewed comfort
