Crystal Cruises is widening complimentary Internet access for its luxury guests. Starting August 30, passengers aboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity who occupy deluxe staterooms will receive one free hour of Internet per guest, per day. Guests staying in penthouse suites will receive 90 minutes of complimentary Internet access per guest, per day.
Complimentary access to Crystal’s 24-hour, satellite-enabled wireless Internet will also be available on Crystal Esprit, the line’s yacht, when it embarks on its maiden voyage on December 23.
“While some travelers prefer to disconnect on vacation, many of our guests want to stay connected while they travel — for business, to keep in touch with family and friends, or to share their Crystal experiences,” said Edie Rodriguez, president and CEO of Crystal Cruises.
Previously, free WiFi had been offered only to members of the Crystal Society, the cruise line’s loyalty program for repeat guests.
