Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has launched an adults-only dining experience designed to transport a limited number of guests into a memorable Maldivian epicurean journey.
This exclusive dinner takes place at SEA, the resort’s renowned underwater restaurant, where guests dine about 20 feet below the ocean surface surrounded by vivid marine life. Each seating is intentionally intimate, accommodating just six couples or a maximum of 12 adults.

Playing on the theme of seven, the experience begins at 7 p.m. with a glass of Champagne, followed by a seven-course degustation curated by Prabhash Prabhakaran, Executive Chef at Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas. The menu features dishes such as poached lobster ceviche, scallops with pork belly, marinated monkfish and Tajima Wagyu seared striploin, finishing with dessert. A vegetarian tasting menu is available on request.
Guests may enhance their meal with an optional wine-pairing selected by the resort’s resident Wine Guru. The restaurant’s underwater wine cellar — a first of its kind — supports an extensive cellar list that includes 450 labels to complement the tasting.

The unique culinary experience is priced from $395 per person for the seven-course menu. The wine-pairing option is available for an additional $195 per person.
