Situated on Sicily’s southwest coast, the 90-room resort is within walking distance of the beach and the nearby nature reserve, which is home to Caretta caretta sea turtles as well as porcupines, birds of prey, tortoises, lizards and butterflies. Guests can join guided hikes and nature tours to explore the reserve. On-site activities include horseback riding, electric bike excursions, and a comprehensive spa and wellness center featuring three pools, a rooftop thalasso whirlpool, three saunas and multiple panoramic relaxation areas.

The architecture is complemented by herb beds and olive groves that supply fresh ingredients for the kitchen. The resort practices a visible farm-to-table approach, with many produce and herbs grown on-site. Inspired by its coastal setting, the menu features dishes such as swordfish wrapped in Colonnata lard served with a sparacelli cream, finished with lemon and mint. Dishes are often accented with bottarga powder or slow-cooked Tropea onion prepared with Nero d’Avola reduction, balsamic and aromatic herbs, among other inventive culinary creations.
