Hilton Launches AI Travel Planner for Smarter Trip Planning

Hilton has introduced the Hilton AI Planner, a generative AI-powered digital concierge designed to help travelers discover Hilton hotels and plan their stays. Currently in beta on hilton.com, the Hilton AI Planner uses conversational intelligence to support every stage of the booking journey. It helps users choose destinations, compare properties, and explore amenities with real-time answers and curated recommendations. The feature is initially available to a limited portion of site visitors and will roll out more broadly as it matures.

The launch arrives as travelers increasingly expect speed, simplicity and personalization. It builds on Hilton’s track record of technology leadership, following innovations such as the Hilton Honors app, Digital Key, Connected Room and Confirmed Connecting Room.

“For decades, Hilton has been at the forefront of hospitality innovation — from the award-winning Hilton Honors app to the most widely available Digital Key and the industry-first Confirmed Connecting Room,” said Michael Leidinger, senior vice president & chief information officer, Hilton. “The launch of the Hilton AI Planner marks another step forward in our journey to reimagine the travel experience for Hilton guests. This is just the beginning and a preview of where we’re going, as we continue to focus on providing thoughtful, purposeful innovation that empowers travelers.”

As more guests interact with the Hilton AI Planner, Hilton will use real user behavior, direct feedback and evolving needs to refine and expand the tool. The company plans to continuously streamline and personalize the planner’s capabilities so it better serves travelers’ preferences and planning patterns.
