Kerzner International Holdings Limited has signed an agreement with Triangle Investment and Development Limited to develop a new One&Only resort in Kumbor, Montenegro, overlooking Tivat Bay. The resort will occupy a 60-acre site and is positioned less than an hour from Dubrovnik International Airport (DBV), making it easily accessible to regional and international visitors.
Planned facilities include 150 guestrooms, a marina, a full-service health spa, a tennis academy, and a variety of dining and retail options designed to meet the expectations of luxury travelers. The marina will support nautical guests and add to the resort’s appeal for visitors arriving by sea, while the spa and tennis academy will provide wellness and sports amenities that complement the coastal setting.
This development represents One&Only’s first resort in Europe. Kerzner currently operates properties across several regions, including the Bahamas, Dubai, the Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, South Africa, and China. The Montenegro project extends the brand’s global footprint and introduces its signature luxury hospitality to the Adriatic coast.
The resort’s location in Kumbor, with its views over Tivat Bay and proximity to historic Dubrovnik and Montenegro’s coastal towns, positions it to attract guests seeking both relaxation and cultural exploration.
