St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has joined the new Capture the City Miami campaign, a first-of-its-kind self-guided virtual tour that lets guests explore Miami’s vibrant neighborhoods through the perspective of local influencer Daniela Ramirez. The program combines immersive, pre-recorded neighborhood tours with exclusive perks and discounts for visitors staying at participating hotels.

Upon arrival, St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort guests receive a QR code to scan and purchase the tour that best fits their interests. The experience covers four distinct Miami neighborhoods—South Beach, Design District, Wynwood and Little Havana—and guides visitors to notable landmarks, dining spots and cultural destinations. Along the route, participants can redeem food and drink discounts, receive complimentary entry to the Art Deco Museum and access other special offers available through the program.

Throughout each tour, Daniela Ramirez offers pre-recorded commentary with tips, local context and suggestions to help guests make the most of their time. Tours are priced from $59 for up to four guests, making the experience suitable for couples, families and small groups seeking a self-paced, curated introduction to Miami.
The Capture the City campaign is presented in collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. The program is available on the Capture the City app and will remain live through Oct. 3, giving visitors several months to take advantage of the guided experiences and associated discounts while staying at participating hotels.
