Tauck Expands Land and Cruise Portfolio with New Exotic Itineraries

Next year Tauck introduces a number of outstanding new itineraries and expands several of its Exotics programs across Japan, northern India, Nepal, Tanzania and Costa Rica. Among the 29 new guided tours and cruises is a 10-day Magic of Morocco itinerary (from $5,490 per person, land only). The journey begins with an overnight in Rabat and a visit to Dar al-Makhzen, the royal palace. Guests then continue to Fes to explore traditional tanneries and join a themed walking tour through the medina. Highlights include the Roman ruins at Volubilis, the fortified city of Meknes, an overnight stay in Casablanca and three nights in Marrakech. In Marrakech, travelers visit the 16th-century Saadian Tombs, enjoy a camel ride and stroll through the Jardin Majorelle, followed by an evening of tea, music and local entertainment beneath a desert tent.

Tauck’s 12-day Rhythms of Brazil: Rio to Iguazu Falls (from $6,140 per person, land only) starts with three nights at the iconic Belmond Copacabana Palace on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro. The program includes visits to Tijuca Forest, the world’s largest urban forest, and Corcovado Hill for sweeping views of the city and the famous Christ the Redeemer statue. A short flight takes guests to Minas Gerais for two nights in Ouro Preto, a historic colonial town shaped by the 18th-century gold rush; guided visits there highlight the opera house, the Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Pilar church and regional cultural museums. The itinerary continues with three nights in Salvador to enjoy its striking Portuguese colonial architecture and lively cultural scene. The journey concludes with unforgettable experiences at Iguazu National Park, including a helicopter sightseeing flight over the falls and a thrilling jet boat excursion to the base of the thundering cascades.

These new offerings reflect Tauck’s focus on immersive cultural encounters, carefully curated access to major sights, and comfortable accommodations that allow travelers to experience each destination more deeply. The Morocco itinerary balances historical exploration with authentic local experiences, while the Brazil program blends iconic city highlights, colonial heritage and dramatic natural wonders.

Both itineraries are designed with small-group guided travel in mind, providing expert local guides, included sightseeing and select meals. Pricing noted is per person and excludes international airfare; availability and exact pricing may vary seasonally. Travelers interested in these trips can expect thoughtfully paced days that combine must-see landmarks with opportunities to connect with local culture and landscapes.
