Available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the brunch menu features deep-fried turkey breast with cranberry sauce, cornbread, three varieties of stuffing and apple pie. Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau offers fixed-price holiday menus across four of its restaurants: Michael Mina 74, Scarpetta, StripSteak and Vida. Guests can expect seasonal dishes such as pumpkin risotto, a carving station with classic roasted meats, and pear crostata for dessert, providing options that range from familiar favorites to more contemporary preparations.

In New Orleans, Hyatt Regency New Orleans will serve Thanksgiving selections at Block Kitchen & Bar and Vitascope Hall. Block Kitchen & Bar focuses on a traditional Thanksgiving spread, while Vitascope Hall offers a New Orleans–inspired interpretation of holiday classics, blending regional flavors and preparations with the familiar elements of a Thanksgiving meal.
