Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has expanded its presence in the United Kingdom with the opening of its second Aloft property. Located in the historic Royal Insurance Building in central Liverpool, a structure that dates back 110 years, Aloft Liverpool offers 116 loft-style guestrooms and features the brand’s signature WXYZ bar — a social hub designed for guests to relax, socialize, enjoy a drink or work.

The hotel provides a range of practical amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and a round-the-clock grab-and-go food and beverage area for convenience. Business and group travelers can use five meeting rooms equipped for events and gatherings. Additionally, Aloft Liverpool participates in an exclusive pet-friendly program, welcoming pets with complimentary treats and toys to ensure a comfortable stay for guests traveling with animals. Aloft Liverpool is the fourth Aloft hotel in Europe, and the brand has plans to open five more properties across the continent over the next three years.
