Hilton Expands Luxury Portfolio with 2023 Hotel Openings

Hilton continues to expand its collection of upscale hotels around the globe, offering travelers refined retreats and elevated experiences. Below are five notable Hilton properties that have recently opened or are scheduled to open later this year.

Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis

Opened on August 15, Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis marks the luxury brand’s entry into Egypt. Located in the lively Heliopolis district, the hotel blends grand architectural details with contemporary comforts. Signature features—such as the Waldorf Astoria Lobby Clock and the Peacock Alley lounge—sit alongside a lush botanical garden. The property offers 252 contemporary rooms and suites with high-end amenities, multiple dining venues and entertainment options. Facilities include the Waldorf Astoria Spa, a landscaped garden pool, a fitness center, six meeting rooms and a ballroom. Ayda, a refined restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes, and the exclusive Rosetta Club lounge provide elevated dining and social experiences. Starting rates are around $400 per night.

Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Set to open in November, this LXR-branded resort in Southeast Asia will feature 72 private villas, each with its own plunge pool. The resort emphasizes immersive, culturally rich experiences informed by Balinese traditions and hospitality. Guests will have access to five dining concepts, including an all-day restaurant, a Mediterranean specialty venue, a beach club and two bars. Onsite amenities will include a full-service spa, a fitness center and a kids club, ensuring options for relaxation and family-friendly activities. Rates begin at approximately $800 per night.

Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay

Also opening in November, Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay brings a blend of luxury and Manhattan-inspired style to Doha’s West Bay district. The tower spans 44 floors and encompasses 283 suites and guestrooms, plus 50 luxury apartments, all designed with Art Deco influences. Culinary offerings will include MURU, led by Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco, among other dining options. The Waldorf Astoria Spa occupies levels 39 through 43 and provides holistic treatments, salon services and fitness facilities with sweeping views of the city skyline. The hotel also features two ballrooms and three multifunctional meeting rooms. Nightly rates start at about $350.

Conrad Orlando

Conrad Orlando, opening later this fall, will combine spacious accommodations with extensive resort amenities. The hotel will offer 433 rooms, including 51 dedicated suites and 10 family suites designed for larger groups. Business and event travelers will find 40,000 square feet of indoor meeting space. Wellness amenities include a Conrad Spa with a private water garden, a fully equipped fitness center and a pool. Dining highlights will include a signature rooftop experience, while recreation options extend to a 20-acre tropical beach, an 8-acre crystalline lagoon with water activities, and two Jack Nicklaus–designed 18-hole golf courses. Starting rates are estimated at $593 per night.

Conrad Singapore Orchard

Scheduled to open in December, Conrad Singapore Orchard will be steps from the famed Orchard Road shopping district. The hotel will feature 445 elegant guestrooms, including 46 suites and accessible rooms to ensure inclusive comfort. Dining will include a portfolio of high-quality restaurants, among them a Michelin-starred option, as well as stylish bars. The property will offer over 4,900 square feet of event space, a contemporary executive lounge, a fitness center and a pool, delivering the full Conrad experience. Nightly rates start at approximately $346.
