Hyatt Adds New Nashville Hotel to Its Unbound Collection

The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, a curated portfolio of distinctive luxury properties, will welcome Holston House to downtown Nashville this December.

“We are excited to soon introduce Holston House as one of the newest properties within The Unbound Collection by Hyatt,” said George Vizer, global vice president of franchise operations for Hyatt. “This brand aims to turn guests into storytellers by offering fresh adventures and authentic experiences.”

Housed in an 88-year-old Art Deco landmark, Holston House features 191 rooms, including six suites and two signature suites on the 12th floor. The hotel provides approximately 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center. The interiors honor the building’s artistic legacy with a blend of rugged-modern furnishings and carefully chosen accents, many sourced from local artisans.

Dining at Holston House includes a welcoming lobby lounge, an independently owned signature restaurant, and a rooftop bar that takes advantage of downtown Nashville views. These venues emphasize locally inspired menus and an approachable, refined atmosphere.

“Nashville has become a major destination for travelers from across the country and around the world,” said Peter Tziahanas, general manager of Holston House. “We’re delighted to offer both visitors and locals a richly personalized, luxurious experience that reflects the city’s soulful energy and adventurous spirit.”

As part of The Unbound Collection, Holston House aims to provide guests with immersive moments that connect them to the location’s history and culture while delivering modern comforts and thoughtful service. With its combination of historic architecture, contemporary design, and curated amenities, the property seeks to become a distinctive address in Nashville’s vibrant downtown scene.
