Explore Ayurveda: A Beginner’s Guide to Natural Wellness

Spa InterContinental at the InterContinental London Park Lane has introduced a new Ayurvedic treatment menu designed to restore balance to mind, body and spirit. The program, which uses the SUNDĂRI skincare range, begins with an individual consultation and a dosha assessment so each treatment is tailored to the guest. Personal preferences such as room temperature, scent choices and preferred pressure are taken into account to create a fully customized experience.

“Ayurveda is recognised as one of the oldest systems of medicine, originating in India, and focuses on balancing three doshas: vata (tendency toward dryness), pitta (normal or combination skin) and kapha (tendency toward oiliness) to support overall health,” explained Lisa Copozio, Head of Development at SUNDĂRI.

Spa InterContinental will continue to offer Elemis products alongside quick-fix treatments for guests who have limited time. The SUNDĂRI range, by contrast, is aimed at visitors seeking a deeper, holistic approach that integrates beauty and wellbeing for longer-lasting results.
