It’s relaunch time: Hollywood VOLUME (formerly tommie Hollywood) has joined Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio and is ready for its close-up. The relaunch brings the property into the Marriott Bonvoy program and amplifies its presence in Hollywood’s Vinyl District with a rotating calendar of events, including pop-up parties, social hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays with complimentary canapés in the lobby, and rotating art installations spotlighting local creators.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Marriott’s fastest growing full-service brand, Tribute Portfolio. The strategic decision allows us to further showcase the unique lifestyle experience of this property, all while continuing to elevate the overall guest experience,” said Eric Rosenthal, managing partner at Machine Investment Group.
Designed by Studio Collective, the hotel offers 212 guest rooms and one-bedroom suites featuring hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive views of the city or the Hollywood Hills. Top-floor suites include separate living rooms and soaring 12-foot ceilings. The décor blends warm earth tones, natural materials and rich textures with tasteful Mid-Century Modern accents, creating a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere.

Dining at Hollywood VOLUME centers on KA’TEEN, a restaurant serving Yucatan-inspired fare from Chef Wes Avila of Guerilla Tacos. The interior evokes the lush ambience of Tulum, complementing a menu that highlights regional flavors and inventive preparations.
The hotel’s food and beverage program features a weekly lineup of experiences: weekend brunch service, Live Music Thursdays, and Tacos & Tequila events. On the rooftop, the Desert 5 Spot bar and pool channel the spirit of the area’s Wild West and Pioneertown filming history, offering live music and themed weekly events such as line dancing, two-stepping and cowboy karaoke.
By combining curated programming, locally focused art and elevated hospitality under the Tribute Portfolio banner, Hollywood VOLUME positions itself as a lifestyle-minded destination in the heart of Hollywood, appealing to travelers and locals seeking a social, design-forward hotel experience.
