W South Beach Hotel & Residences introduces “Mega Flavors, Mega Suites,” a refreshed approach to in-room dining that blends chef-driven cuisine with hands-on preparation in the privacy of a guest suite.
Developed in collaboration with James Beard Award–nominated Chef Andrew Carmellini and his local W South Beach restaurant, The Dutch, the offering is designed for guests staying in the hotel’s newly updated Mega Suites. Guests choose between two savory meal options; the selected ingredients and any necessary equipment are delivered to the suite alongside clear instructions for grilling on the private rooftop barbecue and cooking in the in-room kitchenette.
- Dry-aged prime burgers from The Dutch: seasoned raw beef patties ready to grill, cheddar cheese, sesame seed buns and a side of Carmellini’s signature sauce.
- 40-ounce dry-aged beef ribeyes and king crab legs: a hearty ribeye, king crab legs, Swank Farms salad and Homestead vegetables.
For an additional $200 per hour, guests can book a private chef to prepare and serve the meal in-suite. The two-night Mega Flavors, Mega Suites experience is priced at $2,100 and includes a signed Andrew Carmellini cookbook.
