Panda-Monium in Washington, D.C.: A Wild Day with the Pandas

The Hay‑Adams in Washington, D.C., has partnered with Saving Pandas for a monthlong campaign to raise awareness of Giant Panda conservation.

As part of the collaboration, the Saving Pandas mobile game—usually available for purchase—will be offered for free from Aug. 23 through Sept. 1. The hotel is also presenting a range of panda-themed activities and specials for guests throughout the promotion.

An interactive Saving Pandas gameplay station will be set up on an iPad kiosk in the hotel lobby, where visitors can play and earn awards for reaching different levels. Young guests will receive panda-themed gifts and treats, and select rooms will include surprise panda merchandise. The hotel’s restaurants and bars will highlight the partnership with themed menus and specialty cocktails to complement the activities.

Located at the corner of Sixteenth and H Streets at Lafayette Park, directly across from the White House, The Hay‑Adams features 145 rooms and suites, including select accommodations with views of the White House. The historic property is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
