Concorde Hotels & Resorts is piloting an electronic check-in and check-out system at the Hotel Concorde La Fayette in Paris. Branded Smart Way, this service is offered to guests who reserve rooms through Concorde’s official website.
Once a reservation is made, guests can complete check-in online at any time prior to arrival and are issued a unique access code for their room. On arrival, travelers can skip the reception desk and use a Smart Way kiosk in the hotel lobby to enter the code. After entering the code, the kiosk dispenses the physical room key. For departure, guests confirm their bill using a smartphone and simply leave the key inside the room, eliminating the need for a front-desk checkout.
Designed to streamline the arrival and departure experience, the Smart Way system aims to reduce wait times and simplify the process for guests who value speed and convenience.
Hotel Concorde La Fayette, popular with business travelers, is directly connected to the Palais des Congrès convention center, making the Smart Way option especially useful for delegates and professionals attending events and conferences.
