Early next year, Nobu Beach Inn opens on Barbuda’s southwest coast. Conceived by Robert De Niro, Daniel Daamoon and James Packer, the resort promises privacy, attentive service and an intimate connection to the island’s natural beauty.
The development will feature 36 bedrooms and 17 bungalow cottages, alongside select real estate offerings and multiple dining venues, including a signature Nobu restaurant. As the only Nobu resort owned by De Niro, Nobu Beach Inn emphasizes sustainable practices, community investment and renewable energy initiatives, reflecting Barbuda’s long-standing respect for the environment.

Guests will choose from a variety of tailored experiences arranged by dedicated hosts, from secluded beach picnics and private sailing excursions to guided marine biology sessions that highlight Barbuda’s coastal ecosystem. On-site amenities include a beachfront spa, an open-air fitness center, yoga studios and other wellness offerings designed to complement the island setting.
Pre-sales are underway for 25 beachfront Hotel Villa lots. Buyers can personalize interiors and select from curated furniture packages. The villas are linked by pools, landscaped gardens and sandy walkways, and additional custom lots will be made available in future phases, giving owners flexible options for design and placement.

De Niro first discovered the site more than 30 years ago during a boat trip from Antigua. The island left a lasting impression, and he has since been personally involved in the Inn’s design and concept, guiding decisions for both the resort and the villas to ensure a cohesive vision that honors the landscape and community.
