Later this year Grand Cayman will unveil its first landmark luxury resort and residential address. ONE | GT, located in the heart of George Town, is set to become the island’s tallest building at 144 feet and will debut as both a hotel and residential destination. The property has also been accepted into the Small Luxury Hotels of the World portfolio, strengthening its international profile ahead of opening.

Through SLH’s strategic collaboration with Hilton, ONE | GT will be accessible via Hilton’s global booking channels when it opens. Integration with Hilton’s systems will provide visibility to more than 180 million Hilton Honors members, further positioning Grand Cayman on the map for high-end international travelers.

ONE | GT will offer 95 suites alongside 82 luxury residences, with many residential units expected to be occupied prior to the property’s official opening. The 11-story development includes a rooftop level, two resort-style pools, an on-site café, three signature restaurants and a unique parking space ownership program designed for residents and owners.
