Situated at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the development will consist of two 20-story towers offering 132 private residences, 17 guest suites and six townhomes. Residences will range from two- to four-bedroom layouts, each featuring generous living spaces and expansive terraces with views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.

The two towers will be connected by an elevated third-floor amenity bridge, giving residents access to shared facilities across both buildings. On-site wellness amenities will include a fitness center, a full-service spa, recovery zones, a lap pool, cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, and outdoor training areas. The property will also feature dining options such as a restaurant and dining salons, plus lifestyle amenities including a library, game lounges, a movie room, a golf simulator, a Formula 1 simulator, children’s playrooms, splash pads, outdoor play areas and a padel court.
