A new project on the Miami River is redefining the idea of sanctuary. CASA NEOS introduces 30,000 square feet of ultra-luxury, multiuse hospitality opening this fall. Already open, this two-level Mediterranean restaurant immerses guests in the sights, scents, and sounds of the Aegean. Led by Chef Michaël Michaelidis—who brings decades of fine-dining expertise—the menu emphasizes the freshest, highest-quality ingredients prepared to highlight authentic Mediterranean flavors. The dining experience balances refined technique with an inviting atmosphere designed for both intimate meals and lively gatherings.

CASA NEOS Boutique Hotel
Opening this fall on the third floor, the four-suite boutique hotel draws inspiration from the four elements of nature. Each suite—GAIA, TERRA, AURA, and LUNA—has its own distinct identity expressed through muted palettes, natural materials, and original artwork. Suites offer panoramic Miami River views, king beds, full bathrooms with rainfall showers, and expansive outdoor terraces, creating a tranquil and high-end retreat for guests seeking privacy and thoughtful design.

CASA NEOS MM Beach Club
The members-only riverfront beach club focuses on elevated, attentive service and a comfortable, private atmosphere. Amenities include a saltwater pool with a wooden deck, oversized parasols, plush sunbeds, and deluxe private cabanas. Guests can enjoy crafted cocktails, elevated bottle service, and a menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired small plates and sushi rolls. A co-branded 45-foot MM boat, in partnership with Vanquish Yachts, will be available for members’ use, expanding the leisure options beyond the shoreline.

NOORA
Opening this fall, NOORA is a rooftop lounge inspired by Moroccan and North African traditions. The space pairs hypnotic music with vibrant, regionally influenced cuisine and an upscale, atmospheric setting. With skyline views, NOORA presents dishes shaped by the culinary heritage of Lebanon, Türkiye, and Morocco, emphasizing toasted aromatic spices—such as cumin, paprika, and coriander—alongside sweet notes of honey and the luxurious aroma of saffron.
