Viceroy Hotel Group is expanding its luxury footprint in the Middle East with two new properties planned for Dubai. The brand will open one hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road and another in Dubai Business Bay, both positioned close to the city’s major business and financial districts. The new properties are scheduled to welcome guests in late 2016 and during 2017.
In the United Arab Emirates, Viceroy already operates Yas Viceroy in Abu Dhabi and is set to debut Viceroy Dubai Palm Jumeirah in 2016. Globally, the group manages a portfolio of boutique and luxury hotels, with existing properties across the United States, Mexico, Anguilla, Saint Lucia and the Maldives.
Viceroy’s expansion into Dubai highlights the continued demand for upscale accommodations that blend contemporary design with service tailored to business and leisure travelers. The Sheikh Zayed Road location offers direct access to the city’s major thoroughfare and key corporate hubs, while the Business Bay property will place guests within easy reach of financial centers, dining and entertainment options. Both sites aim to attract international business travelers, tourists and local guests seeking a premium hospitality experience.
These additions reinforce Viceroy’s strategy of growing in gateway cities and prominent leisure destinations, bringing the brand’s signature style and curated amenities to new markets. As openings approach, travelers can expect announcements detailing hotel features, dining concepts and guest services that reflect Viceroy’s emphasis on design-led luxury and personalized hospitality.
