Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills has unveiled a Wellness & Recovery Cabana on the hotel’s rooftop pool deck, offering a range of recovery and relaxation services atop the 12-story property.
The rooftop Wellness & Recovery Cabana offers the following services:
Percussive Massage
A 30-minute treatment that combines a Theragun percussive device with customized massage techniques to ease muscle tension, reduce pain and decrease inflammation.

Smart Goggles
Available in 30-minute sessions, wearable smart goggles support rest, focus and stress relief, helping to alleviate headaches, jet lag and mental fatigue.
Cold Plunge
Short immersions at very cold temperatures, typically three to five minutes, designed to reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery and stimulate the immune response.
Virtual Reality Meditation
A 30-minute guided VR meditation experience aimed at lowering anxiety, calming discomfort and reducing blood pressure and heart rate through immersive relaxation.

Infrared Sauna
A 30-minute infrared session that uses deep-penetrating light to stimulate circulation, support collagen production and relieve muscle stiffness.

The rooftop cabana also provides additional modalities such as cupping, assisted stretching and traditional massage therapies. Cabanas are available to rent by the day, and curated packages pair wellness services with Champagne and other amenities for a tailored guest experience.
