Lodging innovator WaterWalk has opened its newest property: WaterWalk Tucson. This upscale concept blends the comforts of an extended-stay hotel with the familiarity of home, offering fully furnished STAY units and ready-to-furnish LIVE units designed for both short- and long-term stays.

Located in the South Park neighborhood, WaterWalk Tucson sits conveniently between downtown Tucson and Tucson International Airport. The property is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers and business campuses, and popular attractions such as Old Tucson and Tucson Mountain Park are a short drive away. The development comprises 126 rooms total: 76 fully furnished STAY units and 50 ready-to-furnish LIVE units, with layouts ranging from studios to two-bedroom spaces, some featuring balconies.

All accommodation styles at WaterWalk Tucson feature modern, fully equipped kitchens with full-sized appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range, plus a pantry and kitchen island. Each unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer—an industry-first feature—along with a spacious bathroom that offers a vanity with generous storage and a walk-in shower.
