Hyatt Regency Opens in Istanbul: New Luxury Hotel on the Bosphorus

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened its third property in Istanbul, Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy, adding to the company’s existing Grand Hyatt Istanbul and Park Hyatt Istanbul Maçka Pala.

“Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy is an oasis within a high-end residential district of Istanbul, ideally positioned for both business and leisure travelers with convenient access to Istanbul’s main airport and the vibrant city center around Taksim Square,” said Stefan Radström, general manager of Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy. “We look forward to welcoming guests to a hotel designed to foster connections and deliver memorable dining, recreational and meeting experiences.”

With an “East meets West” design concept, the five-star hotel features 284 guest rooms, including 30 suites that offer panoramic views of the city and the Sea of Marmara. Dining options include Brizo, which serves Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, and VUE, a lounge and bar known for its barrel-aged cocktails and a menu featuring ceviche and Latin-American tapas.

The hotel is well equipped for meetings and events, offering more than 37,500 square feet of flexible event space suitable for conferences, weddings and corporate functions. For wellness and recreation, Levana Spa & Fitness provides traditional Turkish hammams, an indoor pool and a modern fitness center, delivering both relaxation and active options for guests.

Located in Ataköy, the hotel combines contemporary comforts with local cultural touches, making it a convenient base for travelers looking to explore Istanbul’s neighborhoods, shopping districts and cultural attractions while remaining close to major transportation links.
