One of Paris’s most elegant addresses has reopened after a complete renovation. Hôtel de Sers, part of the B Signature Hotels & Resorts collection, occupies the former private mansion of Henri-Léopold Charles, Marquis de Sers. Nestled in the prestigious Triangle d’Or near the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, the hotel preserves its refined décor and original Haussmannian features, including a striking marble staircase, the building’s historic carriage entrance, wrought-iron details, and the ornate moldings and ceilings of the original salon de réception.

The renovation introduces new outdoor spaces, with half of the rooms and suites featuring private terraces and many offering views of the Eiffel Tower. Owners Anne and Agathe Jousse worked with interior architect Pascal Allaman to create a series of signature top-floor suites. The Eiffel Suite showcases wood and ivory tones in its textiles and custom furnishings, and benefits from two furnished terraces that extend the living area outdoors. The Panoramic Suite features an open-plan layout, expansive windows and a living room crowned by a glass roof, all designed to maximize light and Eiffel Tower vistas. The Marquis’ Apartment is designed to feel like a private Parisian residence, with light oak flooring, wall tapestries, delicate gold accents and a large terrace that opens onto a private garden.

From the lobby to the dining and bar areas, guests are guided by custom-designed graphic rugs from Géraldine Prieur. The hotel’s glass-canopied courtyard patio has been transformed into a botanical retreat, complete with citrus trees, teak seating and iron trellises that create a calm, green oasis in the heart of the city. For wellbeing, the hotel now offers a purpose-built spa area in collaboration with French wellness house Calma Paris. The new space includes treatment rooms for massages, a traditional hammam, a sauna and a contemporary fitness studio, all designed to provide a serene escape for guests seeking rest and rejuvenation.
Blending historical architecture with contemporary comfort, Hôtel de Sers aims to deliver an intimate, luxurious Paris experience. The careful restoration of period elements alongside modern amenities and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces ensures the hotel feels both authentic and refreshed—an elegant city sanctuary in one of Paris’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
