Following the example of its original outpost in Denver, Tavernetta Vail will present dishes that span Italy’s regions, honoring distinctive flavors from north to south. The wine program will focus exclusively on Italian selections, complemented by Champagne and a spirits list that highlights Italian distillates and classic digestifs.

“This restaurant promises to set a new dining standard, enriching our destination with unforgettable experiences and a vibrant ambiance, while infusing a la dolce vita style into the town of Vail,” said Jerome Arribas, general manager, Four Seasons Resort Vail.

The interior and exterior design, created by Studio Collective in collaboration with OZ Architects, will include comfortable indoor dining, outdoor seating, a central bar and a lounge area. A dedicated private dining room will be available for meetings and special events, making the space adaptable for both intimate gatherings and larger occasions.

“Four Seasons shares our commitment to hospitality excellence, and we are confident in the alignment of our organizations to deliver an unmatched culinary experience to this world-class resort and year-round destination,” said Bobby Stuckey, co-founder, Frasca Hospitality Group.

Tavernetta Vail aims to bring an authentic Italian dining experience to the mountain resort, blending regional recipes, carefully curated wines and thoughtful design to create a destination for both hotel guests and local diners. With its mix of seasonal menus, classic preparations and a beverage program rooted in Italian tradition, the restaurant is positioned to become a notable dining option when it opens in winter 2024.
