Grande Lakes Orlando, the prominent multi-hotel resort in central Florida, is celebrating recognition for two of its restaurants in the first Florida edition of the MICHELIN Guide. At an exclusive ceremony held at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando on June 9, the inaugural MICHELIN Guide for Miami, Orlando and Tampa was unveiled and Grande Lakes received notable distinctions: Knife & Spoon at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando earned a MICHELIN Star, while Primo at JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes was named to the 2022 MICHELIN Recommended list.

Knife & Spoon is The Ritz-Carlton’s signature steak and seafood restaurant, which opened in 2020 and has since built a reputation for refined, ingredient-driven cooking. Primo offers Italian- and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a strong focus on fresh produce and seasonality; the restaurant incorporates vegetables and herbs harvested from the on-site Primo Organic Garden into its menus.
