Emirates Increases Flights to Jordan: More Weekly Services

To meet rising demand, Emirates will increase its service between Dubai International Airport and Queen Alia International Airport in Amman by adding a third daily flight beginning August 1. “This is a direct response to very healthy demand for our services,” said Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, divisional senior vice president of commercial operations at Emirates. “A triple-daily service will offer greater convenience for passengers traveling to and from Jordan and for those connecting across our global network.”

The additional flight will supplement the current schedule and, as with the existing operations, will be served by a mix of Boeing 777 and Airbus A330-200 aircraft. The extra frequency aims to provide more flexibility for business and leisure travelers, improve connection options through Dubai, and better accommodate peak travel periods between the two cities.

Emirates’ decision reflects sustained passenger interest on the Dubai–Amman route and the airline’s broader strategy to match capacity with demand while maintaining service quality. Increasing frequency allows travelers to choose more convenient departure times and enhances the airline’s ability to offer seamless connections to destinations across its international network.

For passengers, the third daily flight means greater choice for scheduling, improved onward connections through Dubai’s hub, and potentially more competitive fare options thanks to the increased seat capacity. The continued use of Boeing 777 and Airbus A330-200 aircraft ensures passengers will experience Emirates’ full range of onboard services across economy, business, and first-class cabins, depending on the aircraft type and configuration.

Emirates has consistently adjusted its network to reflect travel patterns and seasonal demand. Adding this extra rotation between Dubai and Amman underscores the carrier’s commitment to supporting travel and trade links between the United Arab Emirates and Jordan while offering enhanced convenience for regional and international travelers alike.
