The dual-branded property combining the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites at Miami’s Dolphin Mall has officially opened its doors with an 11-story, custom-designed hotel. The grand unveiling brought together local business leaders, government officials, clients, special guests, the developer Procacci Development Corporation and operator Real Hospitality Group to celebrate the new 232-room destination.
Designed to reflect Miami’s distinctive culture and architecture, the hotel blends modern comfort with regional style. The property offers more than 5,000 square feet of flexible banquet and conference space, making it suitable for business meetings, social events and special occasions.
“The facility celebrates the vibe that Miami is known for, while providing guests the experience that is expected with the Hilton brands,” said Katherine Cortese, vice president of hospitality design for Procacci Development Corporation.
At the opening event, attendees sampled local cuisine and signature cocktails highlighting Bar Flamenco, the Hilton Garden Inn’s on-site food and beverage venue. Tours of the guestrooms showcased a fresh Miami-inspired design paired with the amenities guests expect from both Hilton brands.
Both brands provide complimentary WiFi, flat-screen televisions, plentiful charging stations and the signature Hilton bedding package. The Homewood Suites, tailored for extended stays, adds kitchenettes in its suites for added convenience.
Located steps from retail and entertainment at Dolphin Mall and positioned for easy access to the wider Miami area, the dual-branded hotel offers a versatile option for travelers seeking both short-term stays and longer visits. With thoughtfully designed public spaces, modern guest rooms and ample event facilities, the property aims to serve the needs of leisure travelers, business guests and local groups alike.
The combination of Hilton Garden Inn’s on-site dining and Homewood Suites’ extended-stay comforts creates a complementary offering under one roof, delivering familiar brand standards alongside touches that reflect Miami’s energy and style.
