“The Ocean House Penthouse is a true reflection of craftsmanship and design, offering unmatched privacy, elegance and panoramic views — all enhanced by refined interiors and innovative architecture,” said Brad Berry, global head of Residences and Homes, Mandarin Oriental. “As Mandarin Oriental’s first residential offering in the Caribbean, it combines the comforts of a luxury private home with the amenities of a world-class hotel and our signature service.”

The residence totals more than 12,000 square feet, split roughly evenly between over 6,000 square feet of interior space and about 6,000 square feet of outdoor living. Designed for privacy and expansive sightlines, the penthouse includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a powder room. Living areas feature soaring 13-foot ceilings while bedrooms offer 9-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass frames uninterrupted ocean views.

The expansive oceanfront terrace includes a 750-square-foot infinity pool with a sun shelf and integrated loungers, a sunken lounge area and a pergola-covered dining space equipped with a fully appointed outdoor kitchen. Interior features include exhibition-style kitchens with custom cabinetry and high-end appliances from Miele and Electrolux, while the primary bathroom is finished with oversized soaking tubs for a spa-like retreat.

Mandarin Oriental Residences, Grand Cayman is scheduled for completion in 2028 and represents the brand’s first new-build resort in the Caribbean. The development will include a 91-key Mandarin Oriental hotel alongside residential offerings: 22 residences at the Ocean House and 20 residences at the Beach House. Owners will have access to Mandarin Oriental’s signature hospitality and tailored concierge services, plus a range of amenities such as a private Ocean House Club with a club room, ocean-view spa, infinity pool and fitness center, several oceanfront dining options, and direct access to diving and marine activities.
