The EMP Winter House in Aspen opens on Dec. 15 at Chefs Club at The St. Regis. This seasonal pop-up from Eleven Madison Park offers a relaxed, à la carte dining experience inspired by Chef Daniel Humm’s Swiss roots, alongside a curated wine list of more than 250 selections and a dedicated après-ski menu. The restaurant runs through April 6, 2019.
