Camptown
This recently opened 50-room retreat sits at the base of New York’s Catskills, just beyond the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. Guests can choose from 26 individually designed log cabins—many equipped with functioning kitchens or wood-burning stoves—or one of 24 hotel rooms. On-site dining includes Casa Susanna, a restaurant serving authentic Mexican dishes. The property plans to open a swim club in May and a sauna in the fall of 2023, rounding out its outdoor leisure offerings.

Hotel San Fernando
Opening in late spring 2023, Hotel San Fernando is a boutique property in Mexico City’s stylish Condesa neighborhood. The intimate hotel offers 19 rooms alongside a lobby bar and a rooftop reserved exclusively for guests. Developed by Texas-based Bunkhouse Hotels, the design features custom furniture and lighting by local artisans, bold color palettes and Art Deco touches throughout the public spaces and guest rooms.

The Manchester
Scheduled to debut in May 2023, The Manchester occupies a restored building in Lexington, Kentucky’s historic Distillery District. The property will offer 125 guestrooms as well as a bottle shop, a lively lobby bar and two dining venues. Granddam, the larger restaurant with seating for 140, serves globally inspired takes on classic Appalachian fare. Lost Palm, an Art Deco–inspired rooftop bar and lounge, nods to 1960s South Florida horse racing culture in its drinks and small plates.

York Beach Surf Club
Set on the southern Maine coast, this family-owned 52-room resort reimagines a local surfers’ clubhouse as a modern Scandinavian–meets–coastal Maine hideaway. Opening in late spring 2023, the property includes event lawn space, a vintage outdoor caravan serving food and drinks, an all-day café and coffee shop, a saltwater pool and a range of surf-themed amenities. A full-service restaurant is scheduled to open later in the summer, completing the resort’s food and beverage program.
