Holistic Wellness Retreat at Florida Resort Spa — Recharge & Restore

Luxury resort destination Grand Lakes Orlando is hosting a three-day restorative wellness retreat in August at the resort’s dedicated 40,000-square-foot The Ritz-Carlton Spa. Open to both local residents and overnight guests, the retreat offers personalized health consultations, expert-led talks, structured wellness programming and restorative spa experiences. The retreat runs from Aug. 22–24.

The retreat begins with a welcome lunch followed by spa treatments, free time at the pool, a welcome reception and a floating sound-bath meditation to set a calm tone. On the second day, participants can select from a variety of wellness and fitness sessions, attend talks by guest speakers and enjoy nourishing, chef-prepared meals. The final day features additional presentations, more time in the spa, gentle wind-down activities and a closing meditation. Attendees also receive curated take-home gifts from retreat partners, including Bathorium, Fountain Life, Essence One and HX Expeditions.

“Wellness is no longer just a buzzword; it must be woven into everything we do, including how we travel,” said Tony Angel, director of spa at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando. “Our team has created a carefully curated, holistic retreat where guests will leave feeling rejuvenated and equipped with practical skills and lessons they can apply at home. By blending Florida’s natural landscapes with the property’s varied amenities and restorative spa rituals, this retreat is intended to enhance well-being and foster lasting balance for attendees.”
