Paul Gauguin Cruises has announced a complimentary Yoga & Wellness program for guests on the April 13 Cook Islands and Society Islands sailing (PG130424-1) aboard m/s Paul Gauguin. Presented as part of the cruise line’s Themed Enriched Voyages, the program is designed to combine onboard and shore-based activities that support relaxation, movement, and overall wellbeing.

The 11-night wellbeing cruise is hosted by Dr. Sarah Rothman and Tammy Gibson. Dr. Rothman is a board-licensed naturopath experienced in integrating Eastern and Western medicine, while Tammy Gibson is a seasoned yoga instructor focused on intentional movement and mindfulness.

The program schedule blends daily gentle movement with focused workshops and wellness talks. Highlights include:
