Delta has introduced new Delta One amenity kits featuring products from TUMI and Kiehl’s, including Kiehl’s Lip Balm #1 and grapefruit hand and body lotion. Designed with passenger comfort in mind, the kits pair practical travel items with trusted skincare essentials. “Every item in our TUMI amenity kit has been thoughtfully selected with our customers’ needs in mind. We know our customers have come to expect our industry-leading service, so we’re going the extra mile to think of their needs in flight — no matter how big or small,” said Allison Ausband, senior vice president, in-flight service, Delta.
The updated kits launched July 1 and are available on transoceanic international routes as well as on flights between New York (JFK) and Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO). International outbound passengers receive a navy, hard-sided amenity kit, while international inbound passengers are given a black, soft-sided kit. Alongside Kiehl’s skincare items, the TUMI kits include a pen, eye shades, socks, ear plugs and a dental kit stocked with toothpaste, mouthwash and tissues.
These Delta One kits are part of a broader set of enhancements to the airline’s onboard experience. Delta Comfort+ international passengers are provided with a Rest and Refresh amenity kit, while main cabin travelers receive essentials such as eye shades and ear plugs. Dining offerings have also been elevated: chef-curated menus now include dishes from Chef Linton Hopkins and Chef Michelle Bernstein. Transatlantic flights departing New York (JFK) feature menus inspired by restaurants from Union Square Hospitality Group, and seasonal selections align with Delta’s 2016 wine program.
