Wild Planet Adventures Announces New Guided Wildlife Trips

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Wild Planet Adventures is unveiling a slate of new eco-tours and safaris designed to observe rare animals in some of the world’s most remote locations.

The company, recognized by National Geographic for its trips to Thailand, India, Brazil, Panama and Zambia, says this season’s schedule is its most wildlife-focused yet. “Our lineup is packed with more of our signature wildlife experiences than ever before,” says Josh Cohen, director.

These departures emphasize exclusive access and specially arranged activities to increase chances of encountering elusive species. Trips focus on remote, non-commercial destinations and are led by naturalists and biologists skilled in advanced tracking techniques. Many itineraries are carbon-neutral and built around sustainability and conservation principles.

Highlights include an expedition to the famed “Lost World” of Borneo; an African journey that pairs South Africa’s little-known Green Kalahari with an in-depth gorilla trek in Uganda; the most comprehensive Antarctic cruise that visits South Georgia and the Falkland Islands; and two distinct eco-safaris in Thailand. Each itinerary is curated to maximize wildlife viewing while minimizing environmental impact.

Trip lengths range from nine to 19 days, offering options for both shorter escapes and extended explorations. To mark its 25th anniversary, Wild Planet Adventures will also offer special rates throughout the year.
