Marriott International has expanded its presence in Eastern Europe with the opening of the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli. The new property occupies a 34-story tower on Istanbul’s European side, conveniently situated between the Levent and Taksim business districts and only minutes from landmarks such as Taksim Square and the Grand Bazaar.
The hotel features 259 guestrooms and suites appointed with contemporary furnishings and modern amenities. Many rooms offer views overlooking the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn, providing guests with striking cityscapes. Designed to serve both business and leisure travelers, the property includes multiple dining options and a range of wellness facilities.
Dining and recreational amenities at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli include three food and beverage outlets, a fully equipped health club, a spa, and an indoor swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court, sauna, steam room and a traditional Turkish bath, creating an extensive offering for relaxation and fitness.
This opening strengthens Marriott’s footprint in Turkey, where the company currently operates 11 hotels, seven of which are located in Istanbul. The addition of the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Şişli further positions Marriott to serve international visitors and local travelers seeking upscale accommodation in a central and well-connected neighborhood.
