Enterprise to Hire 8,500 College Graduates This Year

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has announced plans to hire 8,500 college graduates for its Enterprise Management Training program and 2,000 interns for its Management Internship program in 2018.

These new hires will be placed across Enterprise’s network of more than 5,800 locations nationwide. Along with the increased staffing, the company is updating its dress code: trainees and interns will no longer be required to wear ties.

“This more flexible dress code reflects our evolving work environment and responds to feedback from our employees,” said Shelley Roither, vice president, Enterprise Holdings. “The change lets our teams deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.”

Enterprise recruits thousands of college-educated candidates each year into its management development programs. In 2018, CollegeGrad.com ranked Enterprise as the No. 1 Entry-Level Employer, marking the company’s 11th time receiving that recognition.
