Hyatt has unveiled plans for the first Andaz hotel in Dubai, marking the brand’s second property in the United Arab Emirates. The Andaz Dubai La Mer will be located in the La Mer lifestyle district along Jumeirah’s coastline and is scheduled to open in 2020. This new hotel will complement Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi and expand the brand’s presence in the region.

The Andaz Dubai La Mer is planned to offer 156 guestrooms and suites designed with a contemporary, locally inspired aesthetic. The property will feature two restaurants showcasing diverse culinary concepts, a rooftop bar, and a swimming pool with panoramic views of the coastline. In addition, meeting and event facilities will support both leisure and business travelers seeking a stylish, well-equipped venue in a popular beachfront neighborhood.
Positioned within the vibrant La Mer district, the hotel will benefit from proximity to beachfront attractions, retail options, and dining venues, providing guests with easy access to both relaxation and urban experiences.
