Four Seasons Begins Construction on Fort Lauderdale Hotel

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale began construction two weeks ago. The development will feature 130 luxury hotel guestrooms and 90 private residences in partnership with Fort Partners.

“We assembled a team of global experts to design an exceptional hotel and residential property unlike any other in Fort Lauderdale,” said Nadim Ashi, founder of Fort Partners. “Four Seasons is positioning Fort Lauderdale as an international destination and attracting a global clientele. We are dedicated to delivering a world-class hotel and lifestyle.”

The 22-story oceanfront building will house guestrooms on floors four through 11, with private residences starting on floor five. Shared amenities include a third-floor oceanfront terrace with a pool and cabanas, a Four Seasons spa, a fitness center and a children’s program. The terrace will host an all-day restaurant, pool bar, lounge and outdoor café.

Residences will range from about 780 to over 6,000 square feet, including penthouses and Sky Homes on the uppermost levels. Homeowners will have access to full hotel services and amenities, plus dedicated concierge, butler and pet concierge services.

“Four Seasons will manage both the hotel and the private residences, providing world-class service to guests and homeowners alike on a continuous basis,” said J. Allen Smith, president and CEO of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “That management and level of service will distinguish this property in Fort Lauderdale and establish it as the city’s premier luxury lifestyle destination.”
