This October, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will host the city’s first Naam Yoga weekend retreat. Led by Naam Yoga pioneer Anastasia Williams, who brings 20 years of study and practice to this approach, the weekend features exclusive group classes and one-on-one private therapy sessions designed to support physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Naam Yoga blends asana (movement), mudra (hand postures), breath work, rhythm, stretching, acupressure, prayer, vocal vibration and teachings drawn from the Universal Kabbalah. The practice is adaptable and accessible, suitable for practitioners of all ages and experience levels.
Two weekend options are available: Oct. 7–9 and Oct. 14–16. Each retreat is limited to 16 participants to ensure personalized attention. The retreat fee of $1,018 (plus a 10 percent service charge) includes yogi lunches and morning smoothies.
Guests who prefer a full staycation experience can book a two-night accommodation package that includes breakfast, lunch, a daily smoothie and the hotel’s newest signature bath experience. The single-occupancy premium is $2,037 (plus a 10 percent service charge per person, per room); the double-occupancy premium is $2,939 (plus a 10 percent service charge for two people in one room).
Both retreat formats include morning and afternoon yoga sessions, access to the hotel’s spa heat and water facilities, and the use of yoga mats and props. Meals and smoothies are provided, allowing participants to focus on practice, rest and rejuvenation.
