Fiji Airways has introduced two customer-focused enhancements: online check-in and the option to buy extra legroom seats. Online check-in is now available on all flights, while extra legroom seating can be purchased on selected international services.
The online check-in system offers a simple, user-friendly experience. Check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes four hours prior to the scheduled flight time. After completing check-in, passengers can print their boarding passes and use the Express Bag Drop counter to leave any checked luggage before proceeding through security and immigration. This service is also available to groups traveling together, making it easier for families and groups to manage their departure.
On selected international routes, travelers may purchase seats with additional legroom. Pricing for exit row or bulkhead seats is set at $59 for short- and medium-haul flights and $99 for long-haul flights. Passengers who prefer to check in online but decide later that they want extra legroom can make that purchase in person at the Service Desk counter after completing online check-in.
