In the fall, HNA Hospitality Group launched a mobile app designed to consolidate its hospitality, aviation and financial services into a single, convenient platform. The app provides a central hub where travelers can access information and services without switching between multiple screens.
Members of the HNA app enjoy a range of rewards and benefits, including the ability to earn, exchange and redeem points with partners such as Hainan Airlines and Tangla Hotel in Brussels. Additional conveniences include integrated services like arranging luggage transfer directly from a flight to a specified hotel room, simplifying the travel experience.
The Hainan-based company invested approximately $7.5 billion to build this platform, a commitment that supported its travel partners and ongoing operational needs. As part of its broader expansion strategy, HNA also acquired a stake in Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. and expanded its footprint to include investments in more than 8,000 hotels worldwide.
