The Irish Goodbye
- 2 oz. Redbreast Irish Whisky
- ½ oz. apricot eau-de-vie
- ½ oz. Carpano Antica Formula
- ¼ oz. apricot liqueur
- 1 dash mole bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Stir with ice and garnish with a cherry
After sampling a few Irish Goodbyes, extend the evening with Hyatt Times Square’s Be Wonderful experience. Available through March 30 for $450 per night, the package includes two daily 50-minute spa treatments at the newly opened spa and a $50 credit to Bar 54.
