Nobu Hotel Atlantic City
Opening early this year, Nobu Hotel Atlantic City occupies the top three floors of Caesars Atlantic City’s Centurion Tower following the resort’s redesign. The property will bring Nobu’s signature minimalist aesthetic to the Jersey Shore with 86 guest rooms and suites, a Nobu restaurant and direct access to Caesars’ amenities. Guests will enjoy ocean views and easy access to Atlantic City’s boardwalk and entertainment offerings.

Nobu Hotel Toronto
Scheduled for summer 2024, Nobu Hotel Toronto will be located in the city’s Entertainment District. The development includes residences above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory and offers views of Lake Ontario and the skyline. The hotel will feature 36 guestrooms and suites plus a bilevel Nobu restaurant with a bar and lounge, private dining rooms, sushi bar and an outdoor terrace—bringing Nobu’s dining and hospitality concepts to the heart of the city.
Nobu Hotel New Orleans
This autumn New Orleans will welcome a Nobu Hotel as part of the transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans into Caesars New Orleans. The 54-key property, developed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, will join the city’s vibrant hospitality scene following the multimillion-dollar renovation.
Nobu Hotel Madrid
Planned for 2025, Nobu Hotel Madrid will open in Madrid’s Cortes District between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. The hotel will offer 50 guestrooms and suites, a three-level restaurant and bar, a large rooftop bar, a lounge with skyline views and spa and wellness facilities—positioning itself within walking distance of major cultural sites and city life.
Nobu Hotel Lisbon
Also arriving in 2025, Nobu Hotel Lisbon will appear along the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade. The 72-room hotel will place guests close to Lisbon’s shopping, dining and cultural landmarks while delivering the brand’s pared-back luxury and contemporary design.

Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel and Spa New York
Nobu will make its long-anticipated entry into New York City in 2025 with the Plaza Athénée Nobu Hotel and Spa. Housed in a nearly century-old building, the property will feature 145 guestrooms and suites, a Nobu omakase dining experience, a bar and lounge, plus a rooftop space suitable for private events—bringing Nobu’s refined hospitality to Manhattan.

Al Khobar
Nobu Hospitality is expanding in the Middle East with a mixed-use luxury complex planned for Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The development will include a Nobu hotel, restaurant and residences, totaling 98 guestrooms and suites, along with swimming pools, a wellness center and meeting and event spaces designed for both leisure and business travelers.
