Minor Hotels is bringing its experiential luxury brand Anantara to the United States with the planned development of Anantara Miami Resort & Residences. Developed in partnership with One Thousand Group, the project targets a 2030 opening and will introduce Anantara’s experience-led approach and elevated wellness offerings to Miami.
“True luxury is time, the freedom to pause, to explore, and to experience the world more deeply. Miami is the perfect location for the debut of our luxury Anantara brand in the U.S., and we are excited to partner with One Thousand Group to bring this vision to life,” said William E. Heinecke, founder and chairman of Minor International.

Located in Miami’s desirable Edgewater neighborhood, the 50-story tower will deliver sweeping panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The development will include 100 private branded residences alongside 120 resort residences that owners can place into the hotel’s rental program. In addition to the residences, the property will feature 50 hotel suites, positioning the building as a mixed-use luxury destination.
“Anantara Miami Resort & Residences introduces something entirely new to the U.S. It’s not just another branded residence, but a fully realized concept that blends hospitality, private ownership and longevity into one unified experience,” said Kevin Venger, co-founder of One Thousand Group.
Minor Hotels operates more than 640 properties across 63 countries under multiple brands, including Anantara, The Wolseley Hotels, Tivoli, NH Collection and Avani, offering a broad portfolio that spans hotels, resorts and branded residences worldwide.
