Kerzner International Holdings Limited has signed an agreement with Al Khozama Management Company, a prominent Saudi developer and owner of luxury hotels, to develop and open the first One&Only resort in Saudi Arabia.
One&Only Jeddah will be situated on the Red Sea in the Obhur district north of Jeddah, about a 30-minute drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED). The resort will offer 150 guestrooms, suites and private villas, along with a variety of dining and retail outlets, a full-service spa and approximately 2,500 square feet of private beachfront.

One&Only currently operates a portfolio of seven resorts worldwide, including One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives; One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius; One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas; One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico; One&Only Cape Town in South Africa; and One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm in Dubai. The brand has additional properties planned, with upcoming openings in Sanya, China, and One&Only Montenegro, marking the collection’s first entry into Europe.
