The St. Regis is renowned worldwide for its cocktail program, offering signature takes on classics at each property. For the winter season in Venice, The St. Regis Venice introduces a chocolate-infused warm cocktail called Heat Me Up. This seasonal creation features Domori chocolate from Torino, blended into a comforting, aromatic drink.

“This cocktail is a bespoke creation for the winter season in Venice. It is inspired by the classic marriage of rum with chocolate. Following our shaking tradition philosophy, we have combined classical elements with contemporary trends. The almond, ginger and rhubarb provide an unexpected spicy note balanced by the smooth flavour of this superb chocolate,” said Facundo Gallegos, Bars and Restaurants Director at The St. Regis Venice.

The hotel’s mixologists choose Domori’s Criollo Blend 80%, an award-winning dark chocolate recognized by the Academy of Chocolate. The finished drink is presented in a signature Ginori 1735 coffee cup, adding a refined touch to the warm presentation.

Heat Me Up

2/3 ounce dark rum

1.75 ounces almond milk

1/2 ounce almond liqueur

1/4 ounce Nardini rhubarb liqueur

1 ounce homemade Criollo chocolate and ginger syrup
