Several select Viceroy Hotels and Resorts Urban Retreats properties have partnered with Wag!, the on-demand mobile dog-walking and pet-care app. Participating locations include Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zeppelin, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Emblem.
Guests traveling with pets now receive a Viceroy Urban Retreats–branded pet bed and a curated map highlighting the city’s best pet-friendly parks, restaurants and bakeries. The guide also lists grooming services, pet-focused gyms, stores and spas. In addition, each property is offering a new pet package that includes Wag! on-demand dog walking, arranged through the hotel concierge. Guests benefit from a 15 percent Wag! discount, and walkers pick up and drop off pets either in the lobby or directly at the guestroom for added convenience.
